Derek's goal is to simplify and optimize your bookkeeping tasks. Derek was created with three key principles in mind: Simplicity, Efficiency, and Reduced Workload.
Simplicity: You will no longer be required to close another month, quarter, or year.
Workload Reduction: In case a transaction needs to be added to an already posted invoice, it can be appended without the need to delete the original invoice and commence the process anew. This also applies in the event of an error occurring during a continued posting.
Efficiency: Detailed reports from previous quarters and years can be promptly generated. Redesigned screen layouts obviate the necessity of printing certain reports and provide the capability to sort data based on column headers.
