Owner Detail Statements
The Owner Detail Statements program contains 4 reports.
1. The "Owner Detail Statement - JIB Listing" is the detail by owner, by well for the time period you specify. Share for ALL Status Percents (1-8).
2. The "Owner Detail Statement - Period to Period" is a summary by owner, by well for the time period you specify.
3. The "Owner Detail Statement - JIB Listing" (Print Recap) will summarize the values for the dates specified on the filter, by owner by well.
4. The "Owner Detail Statement - Period to Period" (Print Recap) will summarize the values beginning with January 1st (or the first Operating Statement updated in the current Calendar Year) and end with the date you specify for Ending Date on the filter.
Additional information about the reports:
Owners can quickly determine their tax liability from this report.
The Owner Detail Report will show the decimal interest for each transaction. This feature has never been possible, until now! This module has been requested more than any module ever requested!
Every investor; Working Interest, Royalty and Override, must provide their tax accountant with their share of Revenue, Taxes and Expenses.
Investors need to know monthly, and usually quarterly, how their personal Well P & L's stand and not have to wait until the end of the year.
Operators will be able to offer this service for the Owner Detail Statement for a fee to their investors, rather than using spreadsheets.
Cross checks are always correct monthly, quarterly or yearly.
Operators will provide accurate information for ANY period.
